		<p><strong><em>Statement of Purpose</em></strong></p>

<p>To provide volunteer service and financial aid and assistance to Bay Reigonal Medical Center and its subsidiary corporations.&nbsp; All monies raised by Bay Regional Medical Center Auxiliary must be donated to Bay Regional Medical Center or its subsidiary corporations for such equipment or purposes as may be selected by the members of the Auxiliary in consultation with the president of Bay Regional Medical Center or designee.&nbsp; Directors and officers may be reimbursed for all expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of this organization.</p>
<p>To operate and receive all profits from gift shops located within the hospitals.</p>
<p>To establish, support, and receive all profits from an annual charity ball.</p>
<p>To manage other fund raising projects, as approved by the president of Bay Regional Medical Center or his designee.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>Events</em></strong></p>
<p>The BRMC Auxiliary is involved in various events.&nbsp; <a href="body.cfm?id=960">Click here</a> for a complete list.</p>
<p>The BRMC Auxiliary is also involved in Popcorn Sales every Tuesday and Thursday in the BRMC main campus lobby.&nbsp; <strong>More volunteeers are needed for this</strong>.&nbsp; The chairperson is Patricia Hagens-Dettmer and other&nbsp;members of the popcorn committee are Jane Moulthrop, Karen Jacobs, and Vickie Roller.</p>
<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">BRMC Auxiliary is also in charge of the operation of the manager hospital gift shop <strong>which is in need of volunteers</strong>.&nbsp; The contact for the gift shop is Etta Karr, manager,&nbsp;at 894-3198.</p>
